What I Do

I am a wedding illustrator. I draw your wedding guests LIVE in my own quaint and playful illustration style - giving them a personalised keepsake of your big day while capturing their individual styles and personalities in a quick sketch.

I can come along to your celebrations to draw portriats of your guests. I take a photograph as a reference so your guests can go back to enjoy the party - no awkward waiting around or posing.

Guests can stick around to watch their character portraits come to life if they’d like, or go back to the party and come back later to collect.

My Background

I come from a long history of art and design. I was a graphic designer and illustrator for 10 years before I got into the wedding industry. I always sold my illustrations on etsy as a side hustle but finally took the plunge to work in the wedding industry over 3 years ago now.

Whats my experience?

I have over 3 years working in weddings

I have worked on over 200 weddings with more than 100 others in the calendar.

I’ve drawn over 10,000 guests.

When can you come?

I can come along for the drinks reception, evening reception, or both. Or I can work on a bespoke package or time to suit your individual day. Request my brochure in the ‘contact’ page for more information and availability.

Do you only draw the guests?

Not just guests. I have a package that includes me capturing moments from across your day. This could include the bouqets, the venue, venue styling and your cake for example. Every package also includes a newlyweds portrait that I complete after the wedding.

How much does it cost?

My wedding illustration packages start from £395 but if you get in touch I can work on an individual price to suit your day.

How many guests will you draw?

A couples portrait (my most popular request) takes on average around 6-9 minutes but varies person to person and wedding to wedding.

I charge per hour rather than per drawing, so my price is fixed regardless of how many portraits I complete. Of course I will try to get as many guests drawn as I can in the time, but many differnt things factor into this - like how fast people approach for a portrait, how chatty people are, or even ceremony timings.

My aim though, is to entertain, and create some personalised keepsakes of your day.

Do the newlyweds get a portrait?

Included in all my packages is an illuatration of the married couple.

You are welcome to get a portrait on the day but usually I will take a photo (or have you share one) and complete it after the wedding to post to the couple - this way more guests can enjoy my services, and I can spend more time perfecting the newlywed’s portrait away from the party.

Do my guests have to pose for a portrait?

Nope. I will take a photo of your guests so everyone can go back to enjoy the party. Of course they are welcome to stick around to watch their portraits come to life if they prefer.
